In Memory of Christine Wilson

A year ago today Christine Wilson passed away and we at SLIAO miss her dearly and think of her every day.  Christine was more than a colleague; she was a friend, a mentor and an extraordinary interpreter who was steadfastly committed to SLIAO and to the Ottawa Community.  

Christine was committed to interpreting as a profession and she planned to contribute to the maturation and growth of the profession when she retired. SLIAO is now consulting with Christine’s family to find ways to honour her contributions and establish something permanent in her name. We look forward to sharing the details with you soon.
